Lady Justice Thirlwall has issued a formal ruling refusing an application from four former senior managers at the Countess of Chester Hospital to pause the Inquiry.
The ruling is now available on the Inquiry website. Its publication follows an extempore judgement delivered by Lady Justice Thirlwall on Wednesday 19 March.
