The Inquiry commenced its hearings on 10 September 2024 with Opening Statements. From 16 September 2024 to 17 January 2025, the Inquiry heard oral evidence from witnesses relating to Parts A, B and C of the Terms of Reference. The Closing Submissions Hearings, held on 17, 18 and 19 March, marked the end of the oral evidence phase of the Inquiry.
