Expressions of interest to attend open to the public
The Chair of the Inquiry, Lady Justice Thirlwall, has today announced a preliminary hearing in Chester on 16 May 2024 to give a procedural update on the work of the Inquiry since its launch on 22 November 2023. The Inquiry will also receive submissions on live links and live streaming.

For in-person attendance, individuals are invited to express their interest to attend via our website booking form below. The preliminary hearing will take place at Chester Racecourse, New Crane St, Chester CH1 4JD.
